There is an article by The New Yorker released yesterday of a youth that was trafficked from Guinea enslaved by domestic servitude within the city of Dallas
Domestic servitude is frequently negated from the human trafficking conversation. It is very prevalent to the extent that 27.6 million are estimated to be enslaved by it that is 236 billion of criminal profits annually. There was a biopic adapted from a memoir I have posted of prior of titled ,I Am Slave, the factual account of an African Girl enslaved by a wealthy family, a diplomat at that which occurs frequently. Diplomats, royals, billionaires, etc are the usual offenders being it requires money to purchase a human being.
