      The Story Not The Signs

      In most trafficking situations, there aren't visible "signs" or "indicators" that trafficking is occuring - unless you are acutely aware of something else about the situation - unless you know the story. Without being aware of the story, "signs" of human trafficking can lead to to misjudgements and assumptions formulated from uncounscious bias or harmful stereotypes.
